Nature Made Multi-Vitamins
Several months ago, I was in the market for a joint supplement. This search led me to Sam’s Club, where I purchased a bottle of Triple Flex made my Nature Made. While examining the supplements, I decided to pick up a Multi vitamin designed for men. I found that Nature Made also sells a Multi For Him (with potent antioxidants). I purchased the Multi Vitamin at the same time as I purchased the Triple Flex.
The first thing I noticed about Taking the Pills is that they are good -sized supplements. A serving size for one day is a single tablet. If you don’t like swallowing large pills, you may want to break these supplements into two pieces. They are large brownish pills, with a divet right down the middle, which makes it easy to break if required. I would like this product better if they made a serving size two pills, and made them smaller. Between the two Triple Flex pills and the one Multi Vitamin I take every morning, I end up drinking a lot of water to get them down. It isn’t extremely unpleasant, but if I don’t drink enough water, I can feel the pill going down.
One of the things I noticed about this supplement is that it does not contain Iron. Not being thoroughly versed on which supplements are best for men, I conducted a bit of research. This indicated that Iron supplements are not recommended for adult men or middle-aged women. I didn’t know that. There are situations where Iron deficiency is present in these two groups, but generally those situations will be diagnosed by a physician and an appropriate dosage of Iron will be prescribed.
